On November 18, 2025, Whirlpool Corporation filed an application with the U.S. International Trade Commission under Section 337 of the U.S. Tariff Act of 1930, alleging that certain Low Profile Microwave Hood Combination Products exported, imported, and sold to the United States violated U.S. Section 337.
