Foreign companies file 337 investigation applications for specific smart wearable devices, systems, and their components

On November 18, 2025, Ouraring Inc. of Finland filed an application with the U.S. International Trade Commission under Section 337 of the U.S. Tariff Act of 1930, alleging that certain Smart Wearable Devices, Systems, and Components Thereof exported, imported, and sold to the United States violated U.S. Section 337.
