Fujian Province's forklift exports hit a historic high from January to November
Thanks to the rising global demand for construction machinery and the effective improvement of new energy product capabilities, the export of forklifts in Fujian Province has maintained a steady growth trend. According to Xiamen Customs statistics, from January to November 2025, Fujian Province exported 92000 forklifts, a year-on-year increase of 40.3%. This is the first time that the annual export volume of forklifts in Fujian Province has exceeded 90000 units, setting a new historical high. Among them, 62000 electric forklifts were exported, a year-on-year increase of 45.2%.
From the perspective of market layout, the EU market continues its strong growth trend. From January to November, Fujian exported 48000 forklifts to the EU, a year-on-year increase of 45.1%. Among them, the German market dominates, exporting 38000 units, a year-on-year increase of 65.4%, accounting for 79.2% of Fujian Province's total exports to the European Union; The growth rate of the Albanian market has reached 18 times, making it the fastest growing export of forklifts from Fujian Province to the European Union.
Over the same period, the performance of emerging markets was also eye-catching. Fujian exported 39000 forklifts to countries jointly building the "the Belt and Road", up 29.4% year on year; More than 2800 forklifts were exported to Africa, a year-on-year increase of 80.8%; More than 1500 forklifts were exported to the least developed countries, a year-on-year increase of 68.8%.
