Recently, in the chocolate "black light factory" of FamilyMart Food Co., Ltd. in Rongcheng City, Shandong Province, the fully automated production line is running smoothly and steadily. From raw material blending, molding and pouring, to cooling and demolding, packaging and testing, the entire production process of each chocolate bar is unmanned, and the project has entered the trial production stage.

"Black light factory" refers to an intelligent factory that realizes unmanned production through intelligent equipment relying on robot cluster, industrial Internet and other technologies. In such a factory, even if the lights go out at night, the factory can still operate normally, so it is called the "black light factory". This model can significantly improve production efficiency and product stability. After the project is fully operational, it is expected to produce 150 million high-quality chocolate bars annually, achieving an annual output value of approximately 400 million yuan.

At present, the first phase workshop of the project is gradually shifting from trial production to large-scale production.
