The import and export freight volume of Hangzhou Airport Port will reach a historic high in 2025, and cross-border e-commerce will perform outstandingly

According to Hangzhou Customs, by 2025, international freight at Hangzhou Airport Port will achieve a new breakthrough. According to the statistics of Hangzhou Xiaoshan Airport Customs, which is under the jurisdiction of Hangzhou Customs, the total amount of imported and exported goods under supervision for the whole year reached 252600 tons, an increase of 10.2% over the previous year and a historic high.
From the quarterly trend, the port freight volume shows a steady "quarterly increase" trend, starting from 53600 tons in the first quarter and breaking through 73100 tons in the fourth quarter, achieving a "four level jump".
The freight structure is more diverse. The port has formed a transportation capacity pattern dominated by all cargo planes and supplemented by belly cabins of passenger planes, as well as a business pattern led by e-commerce and parallel entry of general cargo. Cross border e-commerce has performed particularly well, with exports of cross-border e-commerce goods exceeding 209 million orders throughout the year and a freight volume of 154500 tons, accounting for 70% of the total export volume. The general cargo business has also steadily grown, with an annual transportation volume of 95200 tons.
The airline network continues to weave tightly. By 2025, new all cargo air routes will be added to and from Tashkent, Uzbekistan and Ostrava, Czech Republic, with a total of 28 international cargo air routes opened and approximately 120 inbound and outbound all cargo flights per week. The belly cargo of passenger planes has become a highlight, with an annual cargo volume exceeding 50000 tons and a monthly average of over 4000 tons.
The efficiency of customs clearance continues to improve. Customs will comprehensively implement innovative supervision models such as conditional departure and apron direct pickup, deepen the application of the "fast cross data governance" system, and achieve a 20% increase in cross-border e-commerce goods clearance efficiency.
The business environment at the port continues to be optimized. It is reported that Hangzhou Customs has launched the "Red Ship Enterprise Navigation" brand promotion campaign, established five service mechanisms of "helping enterprises fly geese", and effectively solved the urgent and difficult problems of enterprises.
