At Hefei Jinghe Integrated Circuit Co., Ltd., personnel wearing AR smart devices collected information on a batch of imported photoresist, and the data was intelligently compared through the intelligent inspection and supervision auxiliary platform for imported hazardous chemicals of Luzhou Customs Strategic Emerging Industries (hereinafter referred to as "Zhanxin Industry") under the jurisdiction of Hefei Customs. After remote inspection and verification by customs officers, the goods on this ticket were released upon arrival.
In order to accelerate the supply speed of key raw materials for the new industry, Hefei Customs has taken the lead in implementing the "white list" system for the inspection of imported hazardous chemicals in the new industry nationwide. It has developed a smart inspection and supervision auxiliary platform for imported hazardous chemicals in the new industry, integrating AR recognition, AI analysis and other technologies to assist enterprises in conducting intelligent self inspection. In Wuhu Comprehensive Bonded Zone, the "Empty Vehicle Intelligent Recognition" system enables 70% of empty vehicles to achieve automatic checkpoint inspection and release, with a time efficiency improvement of 83%; In the Ma'anshan Comprehensive Bonded Zone, the new model of "direct transfer within the zone" connects the customs supervision system with the enterprise warehousing management system, allowing goods to complete the transition from "non bonded" to "bonded" status without the need for entry and exit checkpoints; In the Hefei Comprehensive Bonded Zone, the "one ticket, multiple vehicles" mode of goods entry and exit solves the pain points of large volume and quantity of goods for enterprises in the zone, achieving batch declaration of goods and distribution of single vehicles entering and leaving the comprehensive bonded zone.
