China Guomen Times: Duty free consumption at Ningbo Lishe International Airport is becoming popular

Recently, there was a continuous stream of passengers purchasing duty-free goods at the exit duty-free shop in Terminal 2 of Ningbo Lishe International Airport. The shelves are filled with a dazzling array of tobacco, alcohol, bags, and other goods, showcasing consumer vitality. Mr. Zhang, who was preparing to visit relatives in Singapore, completed the exit procedures and went to the duty-free shop to select his desired products.  
Mr. Zhang purchased two bottles of domestic liquor after providing his flight ticket and passport information, stating that the brand here is complete and the price is more affordable than at the counter.  
In recent years, the number of inbound and outbound passengers at Ningbo Airport has continued to increase. In 2025, the Ningbo Airport Customs under the jurisdiction of Ningbo Customs will supervise 1.0711 million inbound and outbound passengers, setting a new high in six years and injecting strong impetus into the recovery of the duty-free industry at the port. The customs at Ningbo Airport actively coordinate and link with the customs at the place where duty-free goods are transferred out, fully realizing paperless business processing. The person in charge of the three departments of travel inspection said, "The most time-consuming transfer process in the past is now done in seconds through the system, and companies no longer need to run errands to submit paper materials
