Among them, the total amount of preferential certificate of origin visas was 103.281 billion US dollars, with 3.1882 million visas issued, an increase of 34.28% and 41.81% year-on-year, respectively.

Wang Wenshuai, spokesperson for the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, stated that the number and amount of preferential certificates of origin issued by the national trade promotion system have significantly increased, reflecting the effectiveness of various policies to stabilize foreign trade and promote growth. Foreign trade enterprises have faced difficulties and worked hard, and China's foreign trade has maintained growth for nine consecutive years, reaching a historical high and firmly occupying the position of the world's largest country in goods trade.

On January 1, 2026, the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP) will celebrate its fourth anniversary of implementation. In the past four years, with the continuous release of policy dividends, Chinese enterprises have become more active in trade with the RCEP region, and international cooperation in industrial and supply chains has become closer.

Data shows that by 2025, the total amount of RCEP origin certificate visas in the national trade promotion system will be 9.622 billion US dollars, a year-on-year increase of 19.37%; The total number of visas was 338500, an increase of 23.93%, showing a high double-digit growth trend.

In addition, by 2025, the national trade promotion system will issue 12608 outbound ATA Carnets, a year-on-year increase of 14.97%; The relevant ATA Carnet covers a value of 3.449 billion RMB, an increase of 5.22%; There are 4840 certified enterprises, an increase of 15.16%, indicating that the demand for Chinese enterprises to actively "go global" and expand overseas markets is more vigorous, and the road to trade diversification is becoming wider and wider.
