Recently, several garden machinery enterprises in Ningbo are working at full speed to produce and meet orders, welcoming the peak of export of garden machinery equipment. In the production workshop of Ningbo Aosheng Machinery Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Aosheng Machinery Company"), nearly 40 injection molding machines are operating efficiently, from precise feeding to injection molding, with fully automated processes smoothly connected. After inspection, the assembled intelligent lawn mower will soon be sent to overseas markets such as Europe.
Aosheng Machinery Company is a high-tech enterprise that integrates research and development, manufacturing, sales, and service, focusing on the fields of gasoline engines, agricultural machinery, plant protection machinery, and garden machinery. At present, the company's lithium battery trimmers, intelligent lawn mowers and other products have steadily increased overseas orders due to their performance and environmental advantages. The export proportion of products exceeds 90%, covering multiple countries and regions such as Southeast Asia, South America, and Europe.
Against the backdrop of intensified global market competition, our company's exports have maintained stable growth, which is inseparable from the precise assistance of customs, providing strong support for us to expand into the international market. In the first 11 months of 2025, our orders increased by about 10% year-on-year, "said Yang Yan, Director of the Office of Aosheng Machinery Company.
Behind the hot selling products overseas is the continuous innovation practice invested by Aosheng Machinery Company. In recent years, the company has allocated 5% of its annual output value to research and development, focusing on cutting-edge directions such as AI intelligent processing, environmentally friendly material applications, and robot automatic processing. It has formed a product system with ten series and over 60 models, covering various scenarios such as household, commercial, and municipal use, and maintains the launch of 5 to 10 new products every year. At the same time, the company has promoted the digitization and intelligent upgrading of its production system, introduced automated assembly lines and intelligent management systems, achieved full process digital control, improved production efficiency by about 30%, significantly reduced product defect rates, and further enhanced market responsiveness.
The same busy scene also appeared at Ningbo Cuike Machinery Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Cuike Machinery Company"). In the company's production workshop, automated robotic arms dance precisely, and workers are focused on assembling a batch of riding lawn mowers to ensure timely delivery of orders. As a Sino foreign joint venture high-tech enterprise, Cuike Machinery Company relies on continuous research and innovation in intelligent garden machinery, and its products are sold well in Europe, South America, the Middle East and other regions.
"Since the second half of 2025, orders have been continuously saturated, and the production line has always been operating at full capacity, especially the demand from the the Belt and Road co construction countries has increased significantly." The relevant person in charge of Cuike Machinery Co., Ltd. introduced that "since March of each year, the demand for garden machinery has reached its peak, and now is the key period to speed up the rush of goods."
Behind the prosperous production and sales of Ningbo's garden machinery and equipment, in addition to the innovative driving force of "manufacturing" to "intelligent manufacturing" transformation and upgrading, it is also inseparable from the proactive actions of Ningbo Customs, actively providing policy lectures, technical and trade Q&A services for enterprises.
