After counting, a total of 6560 infringing goods were found. According to Article 44 and Article 91 of the Customs Law of the People's Republic of China, the customs shall protect the intellectual property rights related to inbound and outbound goods in accordance with the law. If the customs illegally import or export goods that infringe on the intellectual property rights protected by the laws and administrative regulations of the People's Republic of China, the customs shall confiscate the infringing goods in accordance with the law and impose a fine; Those who commit crimes shall be held criminally responsible in accordance with the law. At present, the customs have lawfully detained the infringing goods in question.
