Fujian Province's export trucks' heading towards the world 'in the first 11 months of this year

Trucks, as the core equipment for global logistics transportation and infrastructure construction, have become essential products in international trade. According to statistics from Fuzhou Customs, in the first 11 months of this year, Fujian Province exported 1.13 billion yuan worth of trucks, a year-on-year increase of 75.3%, with impressive results.

The export market is dominated by emerging markets. In the first 11 months, ASEAN and Africa were the main export markets for trucks in Fujian Province, with exports of 520 million and 250 million yuan respectively, an increase of 168.1% and 176.9% year-on-year, accounting for 45.7% and 22.1% of the total value of truck exports in Fujian Province during the same period. In addition, Saudi Arabia and Venezuela have shown impressive growth rates, with year-on-year increases of 11 times and 94.7% respectively.

State owned enterprises rely on technological accumulation to maintain steady growth and become the main force in truck exports. In the first 11 months, state-owned enterprises in Fujian Province exported trucks worth 920 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 86.4%, accounting for 81.6% of the total value of truck exports in Fujian Province during the same period. Meanwhile, private enterprises in Fujian Province, with their flexible market response capabilities and customized service advantages, exported trucks worth 200 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 42.4%, accounting for 18%.

The brand type showcases the characteristic of "independent leadership". Independent brands have become the core of exports, and domestic local brands have firmly established themselves in overseas markets with high cost-effectiveness and adaptability. In the first 11 months, Fujian Province exported independent brand trucks worth 1.11 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 83%, accounting for 98.4% of the total value of Fujian Province's truck exports during the same period.

In order to further promote the export of trucks in Fujian Province, Fuzhou Customs has launched the "Smart Customs Strong Country" action, completed a special risk assessment for automobile exports for car companies, assisted enterprises in handling intellectual property customs protection filing around product brands, key industrial technologies, and core patents, and injected stronger "wheel power" into the high-quality overseas expansion of trucks in the province.
