EU makes final anti-dumping ruling on choline chloride from China

On December 19, 2025, the European Commission issued a final anti-dumping ruling on choline chloride originating in China, ruling that Shandong Aocter Feed Additives Co., Ltd. had an anti-dumping duty of 115.9%, Shandong FY Feed Technology Co., Ltd. and Shandong Yinfeng Biological Technology Co., Ltd. had anti-dumping duties of 90.0%, other cooperative enterprises (see Annex I in the original text) had an anti-dumping duty of 94.9%, and other enterprises had an anti-dumping duty of 115.9%. The EU CN (Combined Nomenclature) codes for the products involved are ex 2923 10 00, ex 2309 90 31, ex 2309 90 96, ex 2106, and 3824 99 96. The dumping investigation period of this case is from October 1, 2023 to September 30, 2024, and the injury investigation period is from January 1, 2021 to the end of the dumping investigation period. The measures will take effect from the day after the announcement is released.

On October 31, 2024, the European Commission launched an anti-dumping investigation into choline chloride originating in China. On June 30, 2025, the European Commission made a preliminary positive anti-dumping ruling on choline chloride originating in China.
