Hunan's annual export value of electric vehicles exceeds 10 billion yuan
According to statistics, in the first 11 months, Hunan Province exported electric vehicles worth 10.7 billion yuan, an increase of 105.3% compared to the same period last year, surpassing 10 billion yuan for the first time.
On the final assembly production line of Hunan Geely Automotive Parts Co., Ltd. Xiangtan Manufacturing Base, orders for various vehicle models, complete vehicles, spare parts, core components, etc. are being urgently produced. On the same day, 360 sets of electric vehicle spare parts produced by the base were shipped for export. According to feedback from overseas markets, the company's pure electric vehicle models have seen a 50% increase in car exports this year due to their high cost-effectiveness and high market demand.
Hunan's electric vehicle exports have shown impressive performance in emerging markets. According to statistics, in the first 11 months, Hunan exported 7.62 billion yuan to countries jointly building the "the Belt and Road", an increase of 90.6%; Exports to other BRICS countries amounted to 5.73 billion yuan, an increase of 126.5%; Exports to ASEAN amounted to 4.95 billion yuan, an increase of 538.4%.
The full release of policy dividends effectively helps Hunan to expand the export of electric vehicles. This year, Changsha Customs has leveraged the policy advantages of the Comprehensive Bonded Zone and implemented management models such as centralized declaration of incoming and outgoing goods, and integrated declaration of outgoing goods. Enterprises can first complete the actual entry and exit of goods into the zone based on the checkpoint release form, and then handle customs declaration procedures in a centralized manner with the declaration form within the prescribed time limit. Enterprise feedback shows that on average, each batch of exported cars can reduce the tax refund processing cycle by 50% and the overall customs clearance time by 30%. Changsha Customs has adopted a coordinated supervision mode of "separate box shipment" for the export of new energy vehicle lithium batteries, supporting the identification of hazardous use of automotive batteries at the production site. Since the beginning of this year, it has helped enterprises save a total of 3.2 million yuan in transportation and storage costs. (Li Juan, Tang Meng, Zhang Ying/text)
