The "Smart Eye Exploration" mode is an innovative regulatory measure introduced by Shenyang Customs to address the problems of long inspection time and high risk of cargo damage, such as the need for cooperation in opening large equipment for inspection and the need for lifting and overturning high-level containers for inspection. In the past, high-level container inspections required frequent lifting and overturning, and large equipment unpacking inspections also required the cooperation of dedicated personnel from the enterprise, which not only delayed time but may also damage the goods. "The relevant person in charge of the Liaozhong Customs Supervision Second Division under Shenyang Customs introduced that this mode uses endoscopes to penetrate the container crevices and bottom cavities, achieving 360 degree seamless exploration of the cargo status. High definition images are transmitted in real-time to mobile terminals through wireless networks, successfully achieving" zero contact "inspection of high-level container sealing and verification, providing efficient guarantee for the clearance of large equipment such as magic carpets.  
In recent years, the China Europe freight train (Shenyang) has continuously strengthened its global transportation network, providing direct access to over 50 cities in more than 20 countries in Europe. Statistics show that since the beginning of this year, Liaozhong Customs has supervised the export of 10.627 million yuan of "ice and snow orders" including skiing supplies.
