Dalian Customs intensively and ecologically destroys expired bonded goods
Recently, 12 enterprises in Dalian Dayaowan Comprehensive Bonded Zone have successively applied to Dalian Customs for the destruction of expired bonded goods, totaling 100 tons. By utilizing the newly launched intensive destruction mode, Dayaowan Customs will conduct batch by batch inspection and confirmation of these expired goods, and then hand them over to ecological destruction and disposal enterprises for destruction. It is expected to save the enterprise about 600000 yuan in comprehensive costs. This marks the official implementation of the new model of intensive ecological destruction of bonded goods by Dalian Customs.
Unlike the traditional decentralized destruction model of "one case, one application", in the intensive ecological destruction model, two or more enterprises with similar destruction needs can jointly apply to the customs. The customs will complete the destruction approval, bonded verification and other processes in one go, and then hand them over to the "whitelist" enterprises recommended by the environmental protection department and the market supervision department for unified destruction. The entire process is open and transparent.
At present, Dayaowan Customs has established an information sharing "order pool" for more than 60 enterprises in the comprehensive protection zone, systematically summarizing the information of goods to be destroyed and improving resource allocation efficiency. (Xu Shuai, Yu Lei, Zhang Zhiwei/Wen)
