According to statistics from Shanghai Customs, since the two-way connection of the "Qiankai Shanghai" shipping route, the import and export value of goods has exceeded 5 billion yuan, reaching 5.35 billion yuan, and the import and export volume of goods has reached 197000 tons.
The opening of the "Qiankai Shanghai" direct shipping route has shortened the sea freight time between the two countries from 35-40 days in the past to 23 days, saving more than 20% of logistics costs for enterprises. This' Maritime Silk Road 'has become an economic corridor between China and Peru, as well as between China and Latin American countries.
Yangshan Customs, a subsidiary of Shanghai Customs, has tailored a "green channel" for customs clearance of high time sensitive goods such as imported fruits, and established a full process supervision service model to ensure efficient customs clearance of goods. Yu Tianhua, the head of the Inspection Department of Yangshan Customs, introduced: "We guide enterprises to make good use of convenient measures such as advance declaration and consolidated taxation, accelerate the circulation of document review; timely grasp the dynamics of ships and port arrival plans, achieve rapid inspection of goods; provide all-weather appointment inspection, complete data pre audit before the arrival of goods through intelligent comparison of fruit cold processing and intelligent query assistants for overseas enterprises, and accelerate on-site inspection efficiency
It is reported that the opening of the "Qiankai Shanghai" direct flight route has further strengthened the "two-way rush" of product exchanges between the two countries. While high-quality products from Peru are accelerating their entry into the Chinese market, more "Made in China" products are also conveniently transported to Peru through this new route.
Since July this year, the first batch of more than 1300 cars have been shipped directly from Shanghai Nangang Port to Qiankai Port in Peru, and the export of vehicles has shown strong growth.
