Beijing, December 10 (Xinhua) -- He Lifeng, member of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China Central Committee and Vice Premier of the State Council, met with the Director General of the World Trade Organization, Evira, in Beijing on the evening of December 9.
He Lifeng stated that China firmly supports the multilateral trading system with the World Trade Organization at its core and opposes unilateralism and protectionism. China will actively participate in the reform of the World Trade Organization, continue to promote trade and investment liberalization and facilitation, and work with all parties to maintain an open, stable, and predictable international trade environment.
