Mexico makes preliminary anti-dumping ruling on ammonium sulfate from China

On November 24, 2025, the Mexican Ministry of Economy issued a preliminary positive anti-dumping ruling on ammonium sulfate (Spanish: sulfato de amonio) originating in China, imposing a temporary anti-dumping duty of $0.1807 per kilogram on the products involved. The TIGIE tax number of the product involved is 3102.21.01. The measures will take effect from the day after the announcement and are valid for four months.

Stakeholders may submit case comments and supplementary materials within 20 working days from the day after the announcement is made.

On February 20, 2025, Mexico initiated an anti-dumping investigation into ammonium sulfate originating from China.
