Full chain escort for Gansu to expand exports of traditional Chinese medicinal materials
According to statistics from Lanzhou Customs, in the first 10 months of this year, Gansu Province exported a total of 74.136 million yuan worth of traditional Chinese medicinal materials, a year-on-year increase of 4.5%, covering 26 categories and exporting to 18 countries or regions.
In order to support the sustainable and healthy development of the traditional Chinese medicine industry in Gansu, Lanzhou Customs has taken the characteristics of the province's traditional Chinese medicine industry as a starting point, focusing on customs clearance business training, intellectual property research, etc., actively sinking to the front line, understanding the demands of enterprises, and "delivering policies to the door" to accurately match development needs. Customs actively builds a support system for the entire chain of planting, processing, and customs clearance, strengthens field pest and disease monitoring from the source, strictly controls key indicators such as pesticide residues and heavy metals, improves traceability management, implements "one-on-one" specialist guidance, promotes the "manageable and controllable" production process of traditional Chinese medicine, and effectively builds a solid defense line for the quality and safety of traditional Chinese medicine.
Lanzhou Customs implements the "one enterprise, one policy" assistance mechanism to accurately respond to the demands of enterprises in various export links. Establish a "green channel" for the export of Chinese medicinal materials, implement the "report and inspection, and release at the same time" model, and effectively compress the overall customs clearance time. At the same time, we actively expand digital service methods, launch the "Gannong Foreign Trade Pass" platform, smooth the channels for querying technical and trade measures information, promote tools such as "Code based Processing" and "Customs and Mail Express", realize online application and automatic delivery of inspection and quarantine certificates, and continuously improve the level of customs clearance convenience.
In the next step, Lanzhou Customs will continue to deepen reform and innovation, seize the development opportunity of jointly building the "the Belt and Road", further optimize the whole chain of supervision and services, boost the upgrading of Gansu's traditional Chinese medicine industry cluster, support more high-quality traditional Chinese medicine to enter the international market, and inject sustained momentum into the high-quality development of Gansu's foreign trade.
