Zhang Xueli's appeal was promptly recorded in the problem ledger by Qingdao Customs staff. To solve this problem, Qingdao Customs sent personnel to carefully investigate and understand the operational bottlenecks of enterprise systems. They transformed the "problem points" of enterprises into reform projects, and through systematic demonstration and competition, successfully promoted the optimization of the "single window" function project. After the upgrade, enterprises can subscribe to the customs declaration information of the sender and receiver, realizing batch display, automatic capture and matching of customs declaration data, without the need for manual retrieval and statistics, greatly saving declaration time.
The declaration that originally took 2 days to complete can now be done in just over ten minutes!
