Adding oil to foreign trade - Fujian Province's refined oil exports surged by 98.4% in the first three quarters

As the core energy source for industrial production and transportation, refined oil provides key driving forces for highways, railways, shipping, and aviation. Driven by the continuous development of the transportation industry, the demand for refined oil products in the market is showing a strong growth trend. According to Xiamen Customs statistics, in the first three quarters, Fujian Province exported 960 million yuan of refined oil products, a year-on-year increase of 98.4%. The main exports were fuel oil and aviation kerosene, with a total export value of 820 million yuan, accounting for 85.7% of the total export value of refined oil products in Fujian Province during the same period. Among them, the export of aviation kerosene was 280 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 3.1 times; Fuel oil exports amounted to 540 million yuan. In addition, the export of lubricating oil reached 70 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 1.3 times.
According to officials from Xiamen Customs, in the first three quarters, Fujian Province's refined oil exports to traditional markets such as the United States, Europe, Japan, and the United Kingdom amounted to 560 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 4.1 times, accounting for 58.3%; Among them, exports to Europe amounted to 280 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 5.7 times. In addition, Fujian Province exported 150 million yuan of refined oil products to ASEAN, a year-on-year increase of 92.4%; The export to the least developed countries reached 100 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 45.3%.
Private enterprises are the main force in Fujian Province's refined oil exports, with a total export of 660 million yuan in the first three quarters, a year-on-year increase of 66.1%, accounting for 68.7%. State owned enterprises exported 280 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 3.0 times.
In order to facilitate the efficient and smooth supply of refined oil products to the international market, Xiamen Customs has implemented "advance declaration" and "direct loading upon arrival", combined with convenient customs clearance measures such as "appointment inspection" and "quick release inspection", to promote the export of refined oil products to "report and inspect immediately, load immediately upon arrival of the ship, and leave immediately upon completion", continuously reducing the clearance time of refined oil products.
