However, due to factors such as foreign technical trade measures, cross regional control of raw material quality, and insufficient awareness of overseas markets, the journey of stinky mandarin fish to the sea has not been smooth sailing.
"It is the core of our technical research to keep the unique flavor of traditional processes and meet the requirements of the international market." Wang Yang, the head of Mount Huangshan Huimu Industrial Co., Ltd., introduced. The company and Mount Huangshan University jointly set up a research and development team. Looking back on this export process, Wang Yang said that the successful trial of the Singapore market not only showed the company huge international business opportunities, but also strengthened its determination to deeply cultivate the international market.
In order to help local specialty food open the door to the international market, Mount Huangshan Customs established a special working group to accurately sort out the regulations and standards of Singapore and other target markets for salted aquatic products, and customized the Technical Guide for the Export of Stinky Mandarin Fish. In response to the official registration requirements of foreign countries, this level simulates foreign inspections to help enterprises comprehensively improve their management level and fill in the gaps in qualifications. At the same time, advanced traceability technology is utilized to establish a full chain quality and safety data monitoring system from the "source breeding farm" to the "terminal processing plant", ensuring the safety and controllability of raw materials, and guiding enterprises to upgrade their HACCP system to build a solid quality and safety defense line throughout the entire production process.
In order to ensure the rapid and efficient customs clearance of stinky mandarin fish, Mount Huangshan Customs, together with Huizhou District Government, Mount Huangshan Municipal Bureau of Commerce, Mount Huangshan Industrial Investment Group's supply chain company, Mount Huangshan Airport and other forces, has jointly formulated a comprehensive whole process customs clearance guarantee scheme. Relying on the customs government service platform, we have opened a "green channel" for the export of stinky mandarin fish, providing "cloud issuance" services for appointment inspection and quarantine certificates, achieving "priority inspection and release upon qualification", fully meeting the requirements of enterprises for customs clearance time, and ensuring that products quickly reach the international market.
