Li Qiang said that under the strategic guidance of the two heads of state, the China Russia comprehensive strategic partnership of coordination in the new era has maintained a high level of operation. Since this year, President Xi Jinping and President Putin have met twice, pointing out the direction for the further development of China Russia relations. China is willing to continue to work with Russia to implement the outcomes of the SCO Tianjin summit, carry forward the "Shanghai spirit", deepen solidarity and cooperation, build a model for practicing the global governance initiative, promote the high-quality development of the SCO, and make greater contributions to regional and even world peace and development.
The comprehensive strategic partnership of coordination between Russia and China in the new era is at the highest level in history. Russia is willing to close high-level exchanges with China, expand cooperation in economy and trade, energy, agriculture, infrastructure construction and other fields, and expand personnel exchanges.
