Li Qiang said that China and Mongolia are close neighbors linked by mountains and rivers, and maintaining long-term and stable friendly cooperative relations is in the fundamental interests of the two peoples. China has always regarded Mongolia as an important direction of neighboring diplomacy, and is willing to further strengthen strategic communication with Mongolia under the guidance of the construction of a community of shared future between China and Mongolia, earnestly respect and accommodate each other's core interests and major concerns, expand practical cooperation, and promote the deepening and implementation of the comprehensive strategic partnership between the two countries.

The two sides should promote exchanges and exchanges among political parties, academia, media and youth, constantly deepen mutual understanding, and enhance mutual trust and friendship. China is willing to strengthen communication and coordination with Mongolia on regional affairs and jointly safeguard the peace and stability of the two countries and the region.

Maintaining friendly cooperation with China is the primary policy of Mongolia's foreign policy. Mongolia firmly adheres to the one China policy. Taiwan, Hong Kong, Xinjiang and Tibet are an inalienable part of China's territory. Mongolia thanked China for providing valuable assistance to Mongolia's economic and social development for a long time, and is willing to work with China to implement the important consensus reached by the two heads of state, strengthen the docking of development strategies, expand mutually beneficial cooperation in the fields of connectivity, infrastructure construction, mining, green energy and so on, and achieve common development.
