The business environment has been continuously optimized and the institutional guarantee has been continuously consolidated. Over the past two years, the Xinjiang pilot free trade zone has issued 69 supporting policies and delegated 45 economic and social management authorities at the autonomous region level.
The construction of the legal affairs area of the Silk Road Economic Belt was accelerated. Wang Jin, member of the Party committee and deputy director of the Department of justice of the autonomous region, said that the legal affairs region has settled 19 legal service institutions, and 83 surrounding related institutions. The competitiveness of foreign trade and investment and financing has been improved simultaneously. At the same time, the opening-up to the West and multi field exchanges and cooperation have been continuously deepened. The cooperation between Xinjiang pilot free trade zone and Central Asian countries and Shanghai Cooperation Organization countries in the fields of economy, trade, industry, energy, science and technology has been continuously strengthened. The "belt and road" joint laboratory, international offshore science and technology innovation center and other platforms have been built one after another.
