On September 3, 2025, the Ministry of Commerce issued announcement No. 48 of 2025. From September 4, 2025, anti circumvention measures will be taken against the import related cut-off wavelength shifted single-mode fibers originating in the United States, and the current anti-dumping duty rate of imported non dispersive shifted single-mode fibers originating in the United States will be applied to the import related cut-off wavelength shifted single-mode fibers originating in the United States.

After the implementation of the above measures, in view of the changes in the trade environment, the Ministry of Commerce proposed to the Tariff Commission of the State Council to stop the implementation of anti circumvention Measures on the import of cut-off wavelength shifted single-mode fibers originating in the United States. The Tariff Commission of the State Council made a decision on the basis of the proposal of the Ministry of Commerce to stop applying the current anti-dumping duty rate on the import of non dispersive shifted single-mode fibers originating in the United States to the import of cut-off wavelength shifted single-mode fibers originating in the United States from November 10, 2025.
