Eurasian Economic Union launches anti-dumping investigation on new inflatable rubber tires from Thailand and Vietnam

On November 11, 2025, the Internal Market Protection Department of the Eurasian Economic Commission issued Announcement No. 2025/456/AD44, stating that at the request of Eurasian Economic Union producers, anti-dumping investigations have been initiated on new inflatable rubber tires originating from Thailand and Vietnam in accordance with Eurasian Economic Commission Order No. 10 of November 7, 2025. The product involved is a new inflatable rubber tire with a rim diameter ranging from 17.5 inches (inclusive) to 24.5 inches (inclusive), used for trucks, buses, trams, dump trucks, trailers, and semi trailers. The Eurasian Economic Union tax codes for the products involved are 4011201000 and 4011209000.
