From January to September this year, Huangpu Customs enjoyed a preferential import value of 480 million yuan under the China Chile Agreement, with a tax reduction of 18.826 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 4.4% and 19.4% respectively, and issued over 5392 certificates of origin under the China Chile Agreement.
