In the first eight months, the total import and export volume of foreign trade in the city reached 88.2% of last year's total, demonstrating a more solid foundation for stable growth and demonstrating strong resilience and vitality.
The trade vitality of Heihe City has significantly increased. From the perspective of exports, mechanical and electrical products, agricultural products, and labor-intensive products have maintained a good growth trend. 2326 vehicles (including chassis) were exported, a year-on-year increase of 61.9%, and the proportion of new energy vehicles further increased; The export of vegetables and edible mushrooms reached 43000 tons, a year-on-year increase of 10.1%, effectively ensuring the supply of livelihood in the Russian Far East region; The export of light industrial products such as ceramic products, plastic products, and textiles has shown significant growth, and the vitality of border trade continues to be released. From the perspective of imports, energy and resource products work together with agricultural products, and the dual wheel drive feature is more clear. Imported 11000 tons of coal, a year-on-year increase of 7.2%, maintaining steady growth; Grain imports reached 243000 tons, a year-on-year increase of 97.9%, continuing the high growth trend.

For imported grain, fresh agricultural products, and key materials, the customs continues to optimize the "green channel", implementing appointment clearance, priority inspection, and immediate release to ensure stable and smooth cross-border logistics supply chain. At the same time, we actively promote facilitation measures such as "early declaration", "two-step declaration", and consolidated taxation. The overall clearance time for port imports and exports has been further reduced compared to the same period last year, and the institutional transaction costs of enterprises have continued to decrease.
