High tech and high value-added fields have become the focus of foreign investment deployment in China.
The report shows that in the face of severe and complex external situations, China has demonstrated strong resilience in utilizing foreign investment under pressure. The report proposes that foreign investment in research and development innovation in China continues to deepen, and research and development centers are accelerating their landing. By 2025, the actual use of foreign investment in scientific research and technological services will account for nearly one-fifth of China's total actual use of foreign investment, steadily increasing for seven consecutive years. There will be 14000 newly established foreign-funded enterprises in this field, an increase of 27.2%. In recent years, there has been a rapid growth trend of foreign investment establishing research and development centers in China. More and more multinational companies are building China into an important node of the global innovation network, achieving "research and development in China, transformation in China, and global output".
