Fujian beauty industry's "beauty" value skyrockets, leading exports nationwide in the first half of the year

The busy and hot production scene is a vivid reflection of the continuous improvement and expansion of Fujian's beauty exports. Since the beginning of this year, beauty companies in Fujian Province have been working hard to meet orders and expand their markets, with strong export momentum. According to statistics from Xiamen Customs, from January to June this year, the export of beauty cosmetics and toiletries in Fujian Province reached 1.133 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 8.93%, ranking first in the country in terms of export value.
According to officials from Xiamen Customs, the North American market has shown particularly outstanding performance in Fujian Beauty's global export layout. From January to June, Fujian Province exported beauty cosmetics and toiletries to North America worth 434 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 34.64%, accounting for 38.31% of the total export value of beauty cosmetics and toiletries in Fujian Province during the same period. During the same period, exports to the European Union amounted to 263 million yuan, of which 120 million yuan was exported to the Netherlands.
Data shows that private enterprises are the core force supporting industrial exports. From January to June, private enterprises in Fujian Province exported beauty cosmetics and toiletries worth 998 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 12.67%, accounting for 88.08% of the total export value of similar products in Fujian Province.
In order to escort Fujian beauty products to set sail overseas, Xiamen Customs strictly implements the classification management mode of export cosmetics production enterprises, promotes rapid inspection and release, and ensures efficient customs clearance of enterprise export orders; Establish a sound technical trade measures response mechanism, regularly carry out risk warning, and assist enterprises in avoiding overseas trade risks. At the same time, we will strengthen the border protection of intellectual property rights for independent brands, crack down on infringement and illegal activities, and effectively safeguard the brand value of Fujian's beauty industry.
