Recently, after passing the supervision of Anshan Customs under Dalian Customs, three breeds of pet dogs including Poodle were exported directly through cross-border e-commerce B2B (9710) mode from Dalian Zhoushuizi International Airport to South Korea. This is the first batch of pets exported in the 9710 model in Anshan City.

Anshan City is a well-known pet breeding base in China, with nearly 30000 pet breeding operators, an annual transaction volume of over 1.5 million, and an industrial scale of over 10 billion yuan. In recent years, with the increasing popularity of high-quality pets in overseas markets, the export of small and multiple batches of pets has increased, and traditional trade methods are no longer able to meet current demand.

Previously, when exporting through traditional trade methods, it took three to four days to sign contracts and prepare documents. After adopting the 9710 mode of application, we determined the flight information based on customer needs, made an appointment with customs to declare and issue certificates, and the pet dogs could be released within one hour of arrival at the port, greatly improving customs clearance speed and significantly reducing transportation time

Focusing on opening up the overseas channel for Anshan's pet industry, Anshan Customs has introduced 10 measures to support the development of the pet economy, including optimizing customs clearance processes, improving quarantine efficiency, and strengthening policy supply. The customs also strengthened cooperation with Dalian Zhoushuizi Airport Customs under Dalian Customs, optimizing the connection between declaration, inspection, and logistics transfer, and achieving the goal of "Anshan Breeding Dalian Exit".
