Having been deeply involved in the clothing industry for many years, Chaotian International has won the favor of overseas customers with its clothing design and functionality. What truly allows enterprises to "go into battle lightly" is the tariff dividend brought by the certificate of origin. Taking the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP) certificate of origin applied for by enterprises as an example, the ordinary tax rate for clothing products was generally between 9% and 15%. However, after each tax reduction cycle, the tax rate is synchronously lowered by one level, and the export cost advantage accumulates year by year.
Tariffs have been lowered year by year, and the cost advantage continues to amplify. The bargaining power and competitiveness of products in overseas markets have significantly increased, and the willingness of overseas customers to cooperate has also been increasing, "said Du Yingguang, the legal representative of Chaotian International." Part of the saved taxes and fees benefit customers in expanding orders, while the other part is invested in fabric upgrades and new product development, forming a virtuous cycle.
