The spokesperson of the Ministry of Commerce answered reporters' questions on adding 10 US entities to the export control list
Q: The Ministry of Commerce announced on June 22 that 10 US entities will be included in the export control list. What are your considerations?
Answer: In order to safeguard national security and interests, fulfill international obligations such as non-proliferation, and in response to the US government's malicious practice of adding the so-called "List of Chinese Military Enterprises", in accordance with relevant laws and regulations such as the "Export Control Law of the People's Republic of China" and the "Regulations on the Export Control of Dual Use Items of the People's Republic of China", China has decided to include 10 US military entities, including Aveox, Inc., in the export control list, prohibit the export of dual-use items to them, and no export operator shall violate the above provisions.
