It is reported that the Dachan Bay Customs under Shenzhen Customs has established a key enterprise ledger, with dedicated personnel tracking the progress of declaration, storage, and loading. At the same time, the comprehensive use of convenient measures such as "advance declaration", "direct loading upon arrival", and "appointment inspection" effectively improves the logistics efficiency of the entire process from entry to shipment. In the first four months of this year, the customs supervised the export of 858 shipments of "new three types" products such as energy storage cabinets, with a total value of 2.3 billion yuan, an increase of 1.1 times and 1.2 times year-on-year, respectively.  
The export volume of energy storage cabinets has surged, but the transportation difficulty far exceeds that of ordinary goods. It is understood that lithium battery energy storage cabinets have high energy density and pose a risk of flammability and explosion, and belong to Class 9 dangerous goods. Dachan Bay Customs strengthens "site inspection+video inspection+risk warning" to achieve real-time monitoring of the entire process. At the same time, a special inspection team for hazardous materials will be established to focus on targeted inspections of key links such as hazardous chemical storage, loading and unloading, to ensure early detection, tracking, and disposal of risks and hidden dangers.
