On June 14th, in the production workshop of Shenzhen Skyworth Display Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Skyworth Display"), backboards, light strips, reflectors, optical films, and display screens were assembled into television sets on the assembly line. After being supervised by Buji Customs under Shenzhen Customs, this batch of televisions will soon be exported.
Shenzhen's foreign trade has shown strong resilience and vitality, especially with a long history of economic and trade exchanges and a deep foundation of cooperation with various APEC member economies. As the highest credit rating enterprise of the customs, "Authorized Economic Operator" (AEO) is an internationally recognized high credit trade enterprise qualification. It is not only an important help for Chinese enterprises to "go global", but also a "green passport" to enjoy international convenient customs clearance.
Several companies within Skyworth Group have already obtained AEO certification in the early stages. In March of this year, Skyworth Display, a subsidiary of the group, also obtained AEO certification. As a well-established television manufacturer in Shenzhen, Skyworth Display has been deeply involved in the Asia Pacific market for many years, and its products are exported to 20 APEC member economies. After obtaining certification, our import and export goods inspection rate has decreased by 70% in the past three months, and the customs clearance time has been significantly shortened, "said Guo Lingxia, the person in charge of import and export business at Skyworth Display. ”
In order to better serve enterprises' deep cultivation of the Asia Pacific market, Shenzhen Customs held multiple policy promotion meetings, interpreting the domestic laws and regulations related to AEO certification standards, guiding enterprises to fill in the gaps in compliance certification such as internal control and trade security, sorting out APEC member economies that have signed AEO mutual recognition agreements with China, and guiding enterprises to make full use of customs clearance convenience measures. At the same time, 29 departments including commerce and taxation have jointly launched 23 AEO joint incentive measures in 5 categories, linking AEO qualifications with policies in finance, taxation, cross-border settlement, and other areas to help enterprises enjoy multiple dividends.
We provide AEO cultivation services for key upstream and downstream enterprises in the industrial chain, reducing the overall compliance costs of the supply chain. We also guide enterprises to register a credit management service platform, implementing a closed-loop management of 'appeal acceptance division of labor processing time limited supervision result feedback', ensuring 'quick response' for consultation, 'daily settlement' for general issues, and 'time limited settlement' for complex issues, further improving enterprise satisfaction. ”Lv Zhuofan, Deputy Director of the Enterprise Certification Department of Tongle Customs, said.
From January to May this year, the import and export volume of AEO enterprises in Shenzhen was 1.21 trillion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 33.7%, accounting for 52.1% of the total import and export volume of Shenzhen. (Written by Lv Zhuofan and Zhou Guanwu)
