At present, Ningbo's seasonal fruits are entering the peak season of production and sales. Today (2nd), the reporter learned from the Municipal Postal Administration that the delivery of loquat in Ningbo has entered its peak, and the delivery of yangmei has started simultaneously.
As of now, Ningbo has sent over 300000 loquat and 10000 waxberries per day to the whole country.
Fruits have a short shelf life, are fragile and prone to breakage, and require high shelf life.
This year, Ningbo Post and express delivery companies, supported by customized services, technology empowerment, and full cold chain, have connected the entire chain of fresh fruits from the branches to the tip of the tongue, stabilizing the "sweet economy" of farmers.
As the hometown of Baisha loquat in China, Xiangshan Baisha loquat has thin skin and abundant juice, but its shelf life is only 2 to 3 days. Export storage and transportation used to be a pain point for the industry.
This year, Xiangshan has promoted the establishment of a special delivery team by China Post Group Co., Ltd. Zhejiang Xiangshan County Branch, to tailor the "Fast Fresh" service.
We have set up 5 temporary collection and delivery points, 15 collection routes, and deployed 20 collection personnel and 8 transport vehicles in the core production area, including 2 professional cold chain vehicles, to achieve immediate collection and rapid transportation of fresh fruits, "said the relevant person in charge of the company.
In addition, Xiangshan Post has partnered with Ningbo Construction Engineering School to carry out live field training for agricultural assistance, expanding online sales channels for local loquat.

This year, SF drones were first deployed for mountain loquat transportation in Huchen Township, Ninghai, solving the problem of mountain transportation.

Picking at four or five in the morning, pre cooling is completed within four hours, and it is sent out before noon. The yangmei is packaged in independent granules and transported in a cold chain throughout the entire process, from the branches to the tip of the tongue, within 24 hours.
To ensure the rapid export of fresh fruits, Yuyao Customs has opened a "Green Channel for Exporting Fresh and Perishable Agricultural and Food Products", implementing a "5+2" appointment inspection and 24/7 uninterrupted customs clearance, completing document review, inspection, release, and certificate issuance on the same day.
