Currently, there has been a significant change in the structure of new container ship orders worldwide, with a significant year-on-year increase in orders for feeder container ships. Huanghai Shipbuilding Co., Ltd., located in Rongcheng, Shandong, is seizing market opportunities and has successively won international large orders in the field of regional container ships, with strong export momentum.

Since the beginning of this year, the company has received orders for over 20 container ships from shipowners in countries such as South Korea and Greece. On May 15th, more than 10 ships of different specifications were simultaneously constructed at the company's production base. According to Jiao Defeng, the head of the project department at Huanghai Shipbuilding Co., Ltd., the shipyard currently has about 130 orders on hand and over 60 under construction, with a contract amount exceeding 20 billion yuan. The delivery date has been scheduled until the end of 2029, with export orders accounting for over 80%.

It is reported that the 1800TEU container ship is one of the main types of ships in the company, and has become a "hot commodity" in the international feeder container transportation market due to its high loading efficiency, strong port adaptability, and flexible navigation.

Rongcheng Customs, a subsidiary of Qingdao Customs, provides "one enterprise, one file, one specialist" services for AEO enterprises, including Huanghai Shipbuilding Co., Ltd., based on the characteristics of the shipbuilding industry. It guides enterprises to adopt the "one ship, one book" processing trade manual for filing, and implements measures such as pre declaration document consumption and electronic account book networking supervision and facilitation. A total of 60 million yuan of enterprise funds have been released.

This plan has saved us a lot of logistics costs and capital occupation, and a faster approval process can enable our ships to sail smoothly and earlier, "said Jiao Defeng.

According to statistics, in the first four months of this year, Huanghai Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. has delivered 10 multi-purpose ships, bulk carriers, etc., driving Rongcheng City's ship exports to 1.269 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 53.3%. Relying on Rongcheng's comprehensive shipbuilding industry support and efficient port clearance services, "Rongcheng Manufacturing" ships are accelerating their journey towards the global market.
