On May 20th, the high-end aluminum foil production line of Anhui Limu New Material Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Limu Technology") was running at high speed, with multiple processes including recycled ingot melting, casting and rolling forming, precision cold rolling, and hydrophilic coating treatment. The high-precision double zero foil, which is as thin as a cicada's wing, was orderly produced and sent to the packaging truck after layer by layer quality inspection. It is reported that the high-precision double zero foil produced by the company with a thickness of only 0.006 millimeters can be used in many fields such as food, medicine, insulation materials, etc. The full series of decorative foils has a domestic market share of 25%, and in the 0.1 millimeter thick decorative aluminum foil track, its market share in the domestic market reaches 40%.
The aluminum based new materials industry is one of the core pillar industry chains that Huaibei City focuses on cultivating in the "Five Groups and Ten Chains". It is also a key lever for promoting industrial transformation and upgrading, and building an advanced manufacturing highland in northern Anhui.
