Zeng Wansheng, Secretary of the Party Group and Director of the Development and Reform Commission of Loudi City, said that Loudi has launched 21 targeted measures to benefit enterprises, focusing on the problems raised by enterprises, breaking through bottlenecks, strengthening services for outward oriented enterprises, and visiting and assisting more than 10 foreign-funded enterprises and 156 foreign trade enterprises. According to statistics, there were 166 enterprises in Loudi that achieved foreign trade performance in the first four months.
