As the countdown to the 2026 World Cup between the United States, Canada, and Mexico approaches, the competition economy has also become hot. Recently, under the supervision of Shaoshan Customs under Changsha Customs, 252000 officially authorized plastic toys around the World Cup in the United States, Canada and Mexico were shipped from Xiangtan Comprehensive Bonded Zone and exported to the United States and Mexico respectively.

The person in charge of export enterprise Sunnison (Hunan) Group Co., Ltd. introduced that this batch of exported plastic toys is themed around the mascots of this World Cup - the Canadian moose "Mapur", the Mexican leopard "Sayu", and the American bald eagle "Krach", including rotating ornaments, doll ornaments, mascot figurines, and other products. Since the beginning of this year, the officially authorized World Cup products produced by the company have been exported to multiple countries and regions around the world, and some products are also sold in the domestic market.

In order to assist enterprises in the comprehensive bonded zone to seize the economic opportunities of the competition, Shaoshan Customs has opened a dedicated window for appointment clearance services. Enterprises can enter relevant information in advance, and the checkpoint of the truck leaving the comprehensive bonded zone will automatically lift the pole. The goods will be quickly inspected and released, achieving "zero delay" in customs clearance. In response to the situation of enterprises targeting both domestic and international markets, we will implement classified management of bonded and non bonded goods to facilitate production and sales. At the same time, guiding enterprises to complete the establishment of processing accounting books for value-added tax general taxpayer pilot enterprises can enjoy domestic raw material procurement input tax deduction and flexible taxation for domestic sales, effectively reducing tax burden costs.

According to statistics, from January to April, Xiangtan City exported toys worth 223 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 455.5%. (Lin Jun, Zhang Ying, Zhang Hansheng/Text)
