Guangdong's first China Africa trade legal service platform unveiled in Guangzhou
Guangzhou, May 12th (Xinhua) -- It was learned from the Guangzhou Judicial Bureau on the 12th that in order to optimize the business environment and safeguard the high-quality development of foreign-related trade, the Baiyun District Judicial Bureau of Guangzhou, in conjunction with the Yunfei International Trade Service Center, has unveiled Guangdong's first China Africa trade legal service platform. Based on the advantageous location of Shijing block, the platform is committed to building a foreign-related legal service system covering the entire district.
In terms of team building, the platform innovatively establishes a "1+4+N" composite service model. Build a core service team consisting of backbone personnel; Equipped with four types of professional support, including bilingual lawyers, local mediators, foreign nationals, and university translators; Coordinate and collaborate with N industry-specific mediation organizations throughout the region, breaking down professional and language barriers.
In terms of operational mechanism, the platform establishes four mechanisms: overall coordination, rapid response, remote support, and collaborative guarantee. By implementing the "appointment service+instant response" model, we aim to streamline online and offline channels and promote the transformation of legal services from "decentralized supply" to "collaborative protection".
In terms of service supply, the platform provides full chain legal protection. Through precise "pulse diagnosis", regular "sending legal aid to enterprises", and diversified "classification and dispute resolution", we help business entities prevent legal risks and resolve foreign-related disputes. In addition, it also provides business guidelines for foreign-related notarization, arbitration, and other related services.
During the trial operation period, the platform achieved significant results, providing more than 20 foreign-related legal consultations, successfully resolving contract disputes involving merchants from multiple countries such as Nigeria and Egypt, conducting 3 lectures on foreign-related rule of law, and compiling a special legal issues manual. Next, Baiyun District will continue to deepen platform construction and enhance its brand of foreign-related legal services.
