As the core equipment of "industrial mother machines", it is not easy for die-casting machines to enter the European and American markets. The EU CE certification requires equipment to pass strict mechanical directive assessments and provide complete technical documentation; The energy efficiency level must reach IE3 or above, and devices with high energy consumption will be rejected; Exporting to the United States requires compliance with ASME standards, which are completely different from the European PED directive in terms of welding testing and material certification. Faced with complex international rules, Bengbu Customs has established a policy, clearance, and certification consulting platform, regularly pushing the latest requirements such as EU CE certification and US ASME standards to enterprises, collecting real-time quality and safety risk information such as foreign notifications and recall cases, and helping enterprises improve their competitiveness in the international market.
