On the first anniversary of the opening of the customs supervision site at Heze Airport International Cargo Terminal, the import and export value of goods exceeded 200 million yuan
In March 2025, the first non port airport air transport customs supervision operation site in China, Heze Airport International Cargo Terminal, was opened for operation. As of now, it has been one year, and the customs supervision station has imported and exported 386.9 tons of goods with a value exceeding 200 million yuan, and opened 13 international transit channels.
Recently, two batches of imported raw materials with a total weight of 2.08 tons were shipped from Yangon, Myanmar. After transit at Guangzhou Baiyun Airport, they were directly transported to the customs supervision operation site of Heze Airport International Cargo Terminal. Under customs supervision, the entire process from unloading, tallying, declaration, inspection to release of goods is efficient and smooth, and then transported to the production line of the human hair processing enterprise in Juancheng County.
The Heze Customs under Qingdao Customs has established a full process electronic customs clearance system of "one declaration, one inspection, and one release" through the "transit supervision+intelligent checkpoint" model, achieving a dual breakthrough of "port function relocation" and "regulatory extension", and opening up a new international air logistics channel for the inland area of western Shandong.
Nowadays, most of our company's raw materials are transferred into the country through Heze Airport, and the transportation time has been shortened from 5 to 7 days to 2 to 3 days now. The transportation cost per ton of goods can be reduced by about 2000 yuan, "said Cao Qishuai, the general manager of Juancheng County Xindafa Products Co., Ltd. The company can complete customs clearance procedures at home without having to detour to other ports, greatly improving the clearance time.
In order to ensure the efficient operation of regulatory venues, Heze Customs has built a smart regulatory architecture by integrating intelligent checkpoint systems, logistics traceability supervision platforms, station management systems, and holographic video monitoring systems. This architecture achieves a second level response for vehicle passage, full visibility of logistics trajectories, precise docking of inventory data, and real-time controllability of monitoring screens. For time sensitive goods such as human hair and fresh cut flowers, a "human waiting for goods" model is adopted. The vast majority of imported goods can be shipped to the enterprise on the same day they arrive, while exported goods can be declared and released on the same day.
Next, Heze Customs will actively promote data exchange and process connection between the site and Juancheng Import and Export Bonded Warehouse, expand specialty businesses such as fresh cold chain and cross-border e-commerce, explore the opening of more cargo charter routes, and continue to strengthen the "friend circle" of the supply chain.
