The meeting emphasized that in 2026, the national customs and port supervision departments should deeply understand the decisive significance of the "two consolidations", resolutely achieve the "two safeguards", anchor the overall goal of the "five modernizations", conscientiously grasp the work requirements of the "four more emphasized", establish and practice a correct view of political achievements, strengthen the standardization and professionalization of supervision operations, strengthen the investigation and enforcement of false and concealed reports, hidden goods, detours, and transportation, strictly abide by the regulatory red line and safety bottom line, continuously improve the positive supervision and safety control capabilities of ports, actively promote the development of new foreign trade formats and models such as cross-border e-commerce and overseas warehouses, deepen the innovation of multimodal transport supervision, promote the reduction of costs and efficiency of cross-border trade, help stabilize and smooth the industrial and supply chains, and effectively build a national security barrier with excellent results. Make a good start and actively contribute to the success of the 15th Five Year Plan.
