The 2026 Customs Taxation Work Conference was held in Xi'an

On March 25th, the 2026 Customs Taxation Work Conference was held in Xi'an. Wang Jun, Deputy Director General and Party Committee Member of the General Administration of Customs, attended the meeting and delivered a speech.

The meeting pointed out that by 2025, the national customs will resolutely implement the important instructions and instructions of General Secretary Xi Jinping and the important reply to all customs officers of Hongqilafu Customs, conscientiously implement the decisions and deployments of the Party Central Committee and the State Council, faithfully fulfill the responsibilities and missions of guarding the country's borders and promoting development, concentrate on strengthening tax collection and management, preventing risks, and providing excellent services, and achieve positive results in customs taxation work.

The meeting pointed out that 2026 is the beginning year of the "15th Five Year Plan". Customs across the country should strengthen political leadership, carry out scientific collection and management in accordance with the law, deepen comprehensive tax management, accelerate the construction of smart tariffs, serve the innovative development of foreign trade, promote comprehensive and strict governance of the Party, and contribute tariff strength to the success of the "15th Five Year Plan" with higher quality and efficiency of collection and management, stronger professional capabilities, and better tax services.
