As a dynamic engine of inland foreign trade, Linyi Mall has over 6 million rich products, with sufficient supply, diverse categories, and small batch sizes, which is a solid foundation for LCL shipping. In order to promote the convenient export of goods from Linyi Mall, Shandong Province has specially introduced 22 policy measures to provide full chain protection, and has cumulatively promoted 1667 mall enterprises to expand overseas markets. In 2025, Linyi Port will collect over 2000 boxes of goods, a year-on-year increase of nearly 70%.

The key to the leap in logistics efficiency lies in policy innovation. The "inspection before shipment" supervision mode for export LCL launched by Qingdao Customs has completely changed the traditional process of "packing before inspection". Bulk goods can be declared at the warehouse, and after inspection, they can be flexibly packed and shipped according to the shipping schedule. It has successfully solved the industry pain points of difficult unpacking, difficult finding of goods, and difficult reloading, and the clearance time has been increased by more than 30%, significantly reducing logistics costs and risks.

In response to the high timeliness requirements and uncertain consolidation of LCL cargo, the customs has set up a dedicated export LCL window and implemented a "pre appointment clearance" and "immediate delivery" mechanism to achieve round the clock customs clearance services, "said Yu Lei, Deputy Director of the Port Supervision Department of Linyi Customs Mall. In addition, the "Export LCL Cargo Supervision Information System" has been launched and put into operation, enabling data interconnection and intercommunication among various links. Coupled with the continuous exploration of integrated models such as "market procurement+cross-border e-commerce", the export space for food LCL is constantly expanding, injecting new momentum into the LCL export of goods in the mall.
