According to the analysis of tax big data by the State Administration of Taxation, the construction of a unified national market will be further promoted in 2025, and inter provincial trade sales will increase by 4.5% year-on-year, accounting for 41% of the national sales, an increase of 0.8 percentage points compared to the same period last year. Over 80% of provinces in China have achieved positive growth in inter provincial sales.
At the same time, the radiation driving effect in key areas is evident. In 2025, the regional export sales of the Beijing Tianjin Hebei, Yangtze River Delta, and Pearl River Delta regions will increase by 4%, 6.2%, and 4.6% year-on-year, respectively; Trade between key regions is frequent, with sales from the Beijing Tianjin Hebei region to the Yangtze River Delta and the Pearl River Delta region to the Chengdu Chongqing region increasing by 6.7% and 7.8% respectively year-on-year.
In addition, the number of cross provincial trade entities has grown rapidly. In 2025, the number of tax related business entities selling across provinces and regions in China will increase by 8% year-on-year, accounting for more than half of the total number of sales activities.
The tax department continues to deepen the reform of cross regional tax and fee services, promote nationwide handling of tax related businesses, and by 2025, taxpayers' cross provincial electronic tax payments will exceed 130 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 39%.
