Anhui's first self-service printing service for customs declaration documents landed in Wuhu

Recently, under the guidance of a customs officer from Wuhu Customs under Hefei Customs, staff from Wuhu Changxin Technology Co., Ltd. logged into the international trade "single window" and successfully completed the self-service printing of one export LCD display panel customs declaration document. This is the first enterprise in Anhui Province to "print customs declaration documents without leaving home".

Previously, when we printed customs declaration documents with a customs seal, we needed to bring relevant documents to the customs site for processing. It took at least 2 working days from application to receiving the customs declaration documents. Now, we can complete the application online with just a few fingers, and the whole process takes less than 10 minutes, which is really convenient for us, "said Gao Feng, the customs officer in charge of Wuhu Changxin Technology Co., Ltd.

It is understood that customs declaration documents are important vouchers for import and export enterprises to handle foreign exchange payments, export tax refunds, and strengthen internal customs management. In order to further optimize the business environment at the port and facilitate enterprises to obtain customs declaration documents and data within the storage period, the General Administration of Customs has decided to comprehensively promote self-service query and printing services for customs declaration documents and electronic data from December 15, 2025, based on the pilot project conducted in the early stage. At the same time, in order to ensure that advanced certification enterprises have priority in using the self-service printing service for customs declaration documents, the customs has lifted the quantity limit for advanced certification enterprises to query their own customs declaration documents. Advanced certified enterprises can query all customs declaration documents or electronic data within the retention period of customs declaration documents.

To help enterprises in the jurisdiction enjoy policy dividends in a timely manner, Wuhu Customs has planned in advance, produced operational guidelines, and expanded the coverage of policy promotion. At the same time, business backbones will be selected to provide "point-to-point" online guidance to enterprises within the jurisdiction, helping them quickly familiarize themselves with the self-service printing process and providing strong guarantees for the smooth implementation of policies.

The launch of the self-service query and printing function for customs declaration documents has truly achieved the goal of "more data running and less errands for enterprises", greatly saving time and labor costs for enterprises.
