Since the implementation of the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP) four years ago, Dalian Customs has issued 87000 RCEP certificates of origin, supervised the total value of imported and exported goods under RCEP to exceed 30 billion yuan, and helped enterprises achieve tax reductions of about 200 million yuan.
